You might have noticed the formatted code in my previous post. I did a quick google the other day looking for something and came across this plugin. Works like a charm.
Once installed you get a new Insert menu item, Insert Code Snippet...
Click this and a dialog window appears into which you can paste the code you want to display.
You get to edit the pasted code, choose the appropriate language (of course if you're a polyglot programmer you will feel left out a bit)... very easy and intuitive.
