image In the last few years there has been a clear trend towards customers wanting to leverage product based solutions as opposed to building something from scratch. In response to this demand more and more developers and business analysts are working with the Microsoft Dynamics suite of products – most commonly (in Wellington at least) CRM, NAV (Navision) and GP (Great Plains).

Jian Sun (known as Sun), a colleague of mine at Intergen, is our local CRM guru and has been incredibly committed to setting up New Zealand’s first Microsoft Dynamics User Group. So a huge congratulations to Sun for getting this off the ground and I look forward to seeing people at the first meeting next month.

The first meeting will be,

Presenter: Stephen Isaacs, Account Technical Specialist, Microsoft New Zealand.

Topic: An introduction to Microsoft Dynamics Business Solutions Suite of products with an emphasis on CRM (more to follow).

Time and Location: 6:00pm, Thursday 17th July 2008, Microsoft New Zealand, Level 12, 157 Lambton Quay Wellington.

Registration: RSVP to dynamicsug@gmail.com with your name and email address.

See you all there!
