imageIn a world of online media I felt a twinge of guilt subscribing to MSDN Magazine (that’s right a real magazine) – why was I wasting my hard earned cash on some paper that would become outdated within a few days.

Well I received my first copy this afternoon and was instantly reminded of how, as a kid, I was so excited to receive a new copy of the New Zealands Bits and Bytes Magazine in the mailbox. I’d pore over every article looking for programs to type into my Sega SC 3000. That’s right – I’d type lines of code into my computer and save them to audio cassette! Ah those were the days.

Well we’ve come a long way and yes, I could read about every article in my March 2010 MSDN Magazine (and more) online but for now I feel like a kid again and I’m loving it!
